If you are ready to reserve one of our professional DJ entertainers, please choose one of the following steps: ***If your event is in less than 48 hours, please contact our Emergency DJ Service at 1-800-841-2210. All events booked within one week of event date must be accompanied with payment in full.*** •By Telephone: Call our National Customer Service Center @ 1-800-795-1808. You can speak with one of our customer service team members. By phone we can answer any questions you have, discuss pricing & packages, check date availability and more. Once you are ready to reserve your date, we will take all needed information and issue the needed booking forms.
•Online Reservations: If e-mail is your preference, we ask that you send us an e-mail to Reservations@mapdja.com with the following information... -Your Name We will issue the needed booking forms for your review. Please use “Reservation” as your subject.
•By Fax: You can fax your reservation requests to 301-942-4501. We ask that you include the following information... -Your Name We will issue the needed booking forms for your review. Please note that once we issue the booking forms, we ask that you complete the forms and fax or e-mail those forms to our office within 48 hours. A deposit payment will be due to confirm all reservations. Sorry, we cannot confirm any date without completed forms and a deposit payment. Please note that all events booked within one week of the event date require 100% payment in advance. Please contact our National Customer Service Center with any questions. Additional fees apply for events in excess of 100 miles from the Washington, DC area.
