• The MAPDJA is a full time, full service DJ company. We employ a full time office staff to service you. You will be able to contact us during normal business hours and on our after hours telephone # which is 1-800-841-2210.
  

• All of our deejays work exclusively for us. We do not hire sub-contractors who work for us and other DJ services. Our deejays, professional team of reception coordinators, roadies, customer service team and deejays in training all work for The MAPDJA exclusively. In addition, all of our deejays have completed our in-house professional DJ training school. This insures that we will staff your event with a trained DJ professional.

• At your option, we will meet with you in person to plan your perfect event. You will meet your deejay AND you will have total input when it comes to itinerary, timeline, music choices and the flow of your event.
  

• Our music selection spans from the 1930's to today's top hits. Whether you are wanting our deejays to play Top 40 or Country, Hip Hop or Retro 70's & 80's, we have a complete musical library to accommodate your event. This includes the standards and hard to find songs.
  

• We host an annual open house so that you can meet our staff of deejays in person. You can also view our sound systems, lighting / visual effects and meet our entire staff. Be sure to click our "Open House" link for more information. If you cannot make our open house, we are an exhibitor at all Washington Bridal Showcase events. These Bridal Expos take place in January and September each year. With four local shows to choose from each season, we encourage you to come and meet our staff!
  

• Our professional deejays are the life of your event. If you are looking for an energetic and interactive DJ or a laid back personality, we have the style of DJ you want. We are staffed with female, male and bilingual deejays.
  

• Our company has had one philosophy since its inception in 1986: To provide our clients with professional deejays for perfect events. We have been under the same ownership for our entire history and we stay committed to excellence & professionalism in the DJ industry. Our company's CEO, Kurtis S. Cross is the director of our professional DJ training school, personally training our entire team of professional deejays. Mr. Cross is also an industry veteran, having personally performed at more than 2,000 events and serves as a writer for national industry publications.
  

• Our pricing reflects our professionalism and commitment to perfect events. You will find our pricing to be competitive with other full service, professional DJ services, consistent with quality. While we are not the least expensive DJ service in the business, we are certainly not the most expensive either. Sure you can find a cheaper rate for DJ services, but will you be able to find our commitment, professionalism, attention to detail and dedicated staff with a cheaper DJ service? Remember a DJ for less is probably less of a DJ.
  

• Our deejays are polished professionals. Each of our deejays has a wealth of experience at each type of event. From a laid back beach theme or luau to a black tie corporate event or wedding reception, we will set the perfect mood for your event.
  

• The Mid Atlantic Professional DJ Association is a mid-sized company. We do not rely solely on one DJ to perform for our clients. Conversely, we are not a "DJ factory" of sorts either. This means that we are not a small company looking to gain experience at your event, nor are we a huge company lacking quality control. Remember, our entire staff works for us exclusively. We are staffed with over 20 professionals, prepared to service you promptly, honestly and ethically from start to finish.
