- Our staff will arrive to your event no later than one hour prior to
the start time. We will be set up, on time, with all equipment in perfect working order.
- Our deejays will be appropriately dressed for your event. Our deejays
will not take breaks or fail to provide continuous music (except in
the case
of announcements). Our deejays will not consume alcoholic beverages
during
your event.
- Our deejays will provide all professional pro-sound and lighting
equipment. All music will be on CD/MP3 format.
- Each event will receive professional back-up equipment in the event
of
equipment failure.
- In the event of emergency, we have qualified, professional deejays
available as back-up. Should your scheduled DJ fall sick and not be
able to
perform, a back-up DJ will be available to replace him/her.
- We will staff your event with a qualified, professionally trained
DJ
Entertainer. All of our deejays work for us exclusively and have been
trained at the hands of our most experienced staff.
- Our deejays will play your requests and have a variety of music. If
there are any particular songs that you must hear at your event, please
let
us know at least 30 days in advance and we guarantee to have those titles
available at your event.
- Once we book your event and you have submitted a contract and deposit,
we will not cancel or overbook your date for any reason.
- You will receive professional treatment from our in office staff and
our
event staff. As professional is our middle name, we make sure that we
treat
you professionally, honestly and ethically.
- Our deejays will be set-up and ready (equipment, appropriate dress,
etc.) 15 minutes prior to the contracted start time.
