Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms & conditions prior to completing our booking request form or our actual booking forms.  Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

Availability

All reservations are subject to availability.  Once a booking request form is completed, we will check our performance calendar for availability.  By completing a booking request form, you understand that this does not constitute a booking until availability is confirmed.  

Booking Forms

Once availability is confirmed, we will issue the required booking forms and deposit invoice to reserve your date.  All reservations require a completed set of countersigned booking forms and a deposit payment, unless otherwise waived.  Your date will be held in our system until your deposit due date.  Any missed deposit date, may result in the re-assignment of DJ talent and could result in the loss of your reservation.  Please contact us if you anticipate a missed deposit date.  To guarantee availability, please adhere to all payment dates.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.  Please do not reserve your date and/or submit a deposit payment unless you intend to move forward with your reservation as all deposits are non-refundable.

Terms

A booking does not guarantee certain talent, unless otherwise noted & designated in the booking forms.  All bookings will receive a professionally trained member or members of our staff.  

Verbal agreements will not be honored unless specified, in writing, on the issued booking forms.  

All pricing is guaranteed once booking forms are issued.  Should a deposit due date pass, without a deposit payment made, pricing is subject to change.

All new accounts booked within fourteen (14) days of event date require 100% pre-payment. 

Any changes, upgrades or downgrades in packages are subject to availability.  Once booked, we may be able to update, upgrade or downgrade your package, upon request.  Within 30 days of your event, we cannot guarantee any changes to your package.  Should you choose to upgrade your package or event details, we will accommodate these upgrades as possible, based on available inventory & personnel.  Additional fees will apply, consistent with the prevailing rate(s) for upgrades, at the time the upgrade is requested.  Any downgrades in packages or services, within 30 days of your event, cannot be guaranteed.  Once our calendar reaches "sold out" status or within 30 doays of your event date, no refunds or price adjustments can be made.  Upon booking, please note that any adjustments are best made prior to the 30 day mark as we are unable to offer refunds or price adjustments once we reach "sold out" status or within 30 days of your event date.

Should postponement of an event become necessary, except in the event of a weather related or a government mandated postponement, in applicable jurisdiction, postponement must occur no less than 72 hours prior to event date and time, to avoid forfeiture of advance payment(s).  A maximum of two (2) postponements per Entertainment Agreement are allowed, for 100% of advance payment(s) to transfer to future date, after which all advance payments are retained by DDE, LLC and forfeited by Client.  Rescheduled date must occur within one (1) calendar year of original event date. Weather related & emergency closures/delays are not subject to our 72 hour cancellation policy.

Any missed deposit due date, will result in 100% advance payment becoming due in order to confirm a reservation, pending availability.  Once a deposit or balance payment date has passed, if payment is not received, Talent reserves the right to terminate any Agreement, with or without notice.  To guarantee availability, please adhere to all payment dates.

Event Conifmration Details

Event Day Confirmation & Details

1.  For DJ Events - Our staff will arrive between 60-90 minutes in advance to begin set up.  For our set-up, we ask that you provide our DJ entertainer with two (2) six foot banquet tables preferably not draped or skirted.  We will also need access to two (2) standard electrical outlets on separate circuits, within 25 feet of our set up area, for our use only.  Please have tables & electricity immediately available, upon our arrival so that there is no delay in our set-up.  Having these items immediately available will be a great help in accommodating an on-time start to your event.  We apologize that we cannot share electrical outlets with any other vendors.  For larger events, additional table space and electricity may be required. 

 

For Photo Booth Events - with or without one of our DJ packages, we will need two (2) six foot banquet tables preferably not draped or skirted.  We will also need access to one (1) standard electrical outlet on its own separate circuit, within 25 feet of our set up area, for our use only.

2.  Please alert building/venue personnel of our scheduled arrival time (seen above).  An on-time start to your event is based on our ability to load in and set-up in the designated area for our performance.  We will need a minimum of one (1) hour for adequate set up time.  We cannot guarantee an on-time start with less than one (1) hour of set-up time.  Also, we require up to one (1) hour for breakdown time.  Please schedule building services, security, chaperones, event host(s) and/or a designated person from your team, to be present for our arrival and during our breakdown periods.

 

3.  Please provide us with your "day of event" telephone number.  If you have an additional contact person for the day of, we'd like to have their contact information as well.  This will allow our staff to "check in" with you upon arrival. 

4.  Please provide us with parking information so that we may have direct access for load-in.  We ask that you advise us as to any parking restrictions and the arrangements made for our vehicle(s) to park at no charge. 

5.  All balance payments are due, no later than the date of your event, unless otherwise exempted.  If there is a balance due on your account, please check your e-mail for a PayPal invoice to complete payment.  You can also Click Here to make a payment.  All credit card payments are due no less than three (3) business days prior to your event date.  Final payment by check will be accepted from educational institutions, government agencies & pre-approved corporations only.  Checks should be made payable to "Dynamic DJ Entertainment."

Postponement / Cancellation Policy


Postponement or cancellation of an event within 48 hours of the event date will equal a forfeiture of all advance payments by Client and any future booking will constitute a new booking.  However, in the event of inclement weather, a declared state of emergency by local, state or federal government, or any act of God that shall forcibly postpone an event, all monies received in advance will be fully transferable to a new date, to be held within one (1) calendar year of the original event date.  Please note that any rescheduled date is subject to availability.  These instances are exempt from the 48 hour postponement/cancellation policy.
