We love music requests!  For your event, please share your music requests so that our team can include them in our music program for your event.  Please see below for guidelines on submitting requests.

All music requests must be submitted via e-mail, no later than two (2) weeks in advance of event date. 

 

We cannot guarantee the availability of all songs, although every attempt will be made to locate all requests.  As a general rule, Talent will defer to “clean” & “radio friendly” music only.  Talent cannot be held liable for guest participation or interaction with music (styles of dancing, singing along with edited lyrics, etc.).  Talent is unable to accommodate music media, in any format that is presented on-site.  Any media provided by Client or Client’s designees must be received by Talent, in electronic format (minimum 256 kbps), no less than two (2) weeks prior to event date to be included in music program.

ASCAP, BMI & COPYRIGHT LAW:

Talent will not utilize devices such as tablets, personal devices/cell phones or other media players offered by Client and/or guests during performance, for any music playback.  This includes music streamed, broadcast or otherwise used for playback from any personal devices.  Talent will only utilize music contained in & owned by Talent, in Talent’s music library, which has been acquired through legally licensed digital DJ music pools and/or resources.  Please note that YouTube is not legally licensed for professional DJ playback and will not be utilized by Talent.

•Our DJ team will defer to clean & radio friendly versions of all songs.

​

•Unfortunately, with larger request lists, we are unable to field all requests. 

​

•You must include your name, organization name and event date with your request list.

​

•All request lists must be either...

1.  Typed in the body of an email

2.  Presented via digital & shared (public & editable) document

3.  Shared as a link (publicly accessible) on Spotify

​

•We cannot accept screen shots or handwritten request lists.
